High School Deicing District Roads: Chemisty

You have been hired to help your school district make their sidewalks and parking lots safe during the Michigan winters. The district is concerned that the usual “salt” used on the roads will not be available in future years. Your task is to determine an alternate material that the district can purchase so they can avoid closing buildings when the “salt” runs out. Remember, you love school and want to be there!
